1.1. Public Offer: These Terms constitute a public offer by the Administration of Moro.me addressed to any legally capable individual ("User").
1.2. Unconditional Acceptance: Registration on the Site, placing an order, or starting to use any services of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. Disagreement: If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and delete your account.
1.4. Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.
2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform under parental supervision.
The Platform does not provide services to users located in countries under international sanctions or recognized as aggressor states, including but not limited to The Russian Federation, The Republic of Belarus, North Korea, and Iran. We also do not operate in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Accounts identified as originating from these regions will be terminated immediately without refund.
3.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. The Administration has the right to block your account in case of suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.
4.1. Paid Access Only: Moro.me provides services exclusively on a paid basis. There is no free plan or trial version unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to the Platform's functionality is granted only after successful subscription payment.
4.2. Pricing: The cost of the monthly subscription is $2.00 USD. If your card currency differs from USD, the transaction will be processed at your bank's exchange rate, including any applicable conversion fees.
4.3. Recurring Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Moro.me to automatically charge your payment method $2.00 USD every 30 days. This is a recurring payment that continues until you cancel.
4.4. Non-Payment: If an automatic charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card), access to your account and your pages will be automatically suspended until the debt is resolved.
4.5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a valid charge, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and blacklist your identity from future use of our services. We will contest all illegitimate chargebacks by providing evidence of your usage (logs, IP addresses) to the financial institution.
5.1. Money-Back Guarantee: Since we do not offer a free tier, we grant a right to a full refund for the first payment only if the service does not meet your expectations.
5.2. Request Window: To request a refund, you must contact support@moro.me within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction.
5.3. No Recurring Refunds: Refunds are NOT granted for the second month and subsequent recurring payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
5.4. Banned Accounts: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms (e.g., spam, fraud, prohibited content).
You agree NOT to use the Platform for:

You are fully responsible for all photos, logos, texts, and audio you upload. You warrant that you own the rights to this content. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove it upon receiving a complaint.
By using media blocks, you agree to the Terms of Service of the respective platforms (e.g., YouTube ToS). We are not responsible if third-party content is removed by the copyright holder.
Moro.me is not a financial intermediary. We only provide the interface. All transactions, refunds, and disputes regarding goods or donations are strictly between you (the page owner) and your visitors. We are not liable for the quality of goods or services you offer.
When using "Contact Form" or "Application" blocks, you act as the Data Controller for your visitors' data. You agree to process this data legally and not to use it for spam.
8.1. Analytics data is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% precision due to ad-blockers, VPNs, or bot traffic.
8.2. Moro.me is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the provided statistics.
9.1. "AS IS" SERVICE PROVISION
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL MORO.ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TECHNICAL FAILURES, SERVER MIGRATIONS, OR CYBERATTACKS.
9.3. DATA LOSS
WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO MAINTAIN BACKUPS OF YOUR CONTENT. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK REGARDING DATA LOSS.
10.1. We do not impose strict limits on traffic, but we reserve the right to temporarily limit access to pages that generate anomalously high loads (DDoS, botnets) that threaten the stability of the Platform for other users.
11.1. If you believe content on Moro.me violates your copyright, please send a notice to support@moro.me with the subject "Copyright Infringement".
11.2. We commit to reviewing valid DMCA notices within 72 hours and removing infringing content.
